Hi. This portrait has the potential to be very good. You seem to have a good grasp of colours, as the colours in this painting go very well together. I also like your choice of skin colours. my favourite part of the painting is her ear, it looks really realistic However, there are some parts of the painting that could use some more attention.

1. View. Your portrait seems to be a mix of three-quarter view and side view. If it's a three-quarter view then we would see more of the right side her face, and if it is a side view, then we would not see quite so much of her right eye.

2. Her head has a nice shape and the size is OK, but all of her features (eyes, nose, mouth) seem to be conecntrated on one small area, giving her face a sorta squished look.
Her nose and mouth could benefit from being bigger and you could probably move her eye a bit further back. The eyes look great, btw.

3. Shading. There's no shading in this picture, so it's hard to get a sense of where the light is coming from and what her bone structure looks like. Does she have high cheek bones for instance?
